Orders will be processed within two business days.Upon receiving notification that your order has shipped, it will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

After you place your order, your purchases will be processed for delivery.  After the items are shipped, you’ll receive a notice in your email with a shipping method and tracking number.

Our Return and Exchange Policy

All Silver Legends merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

Refund process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, minus shipping fees. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. Merchandise can also be returned or exchanged at our Store Front at 2008 Walnut St., Philadelphia 19103.  Any merchandise returned without a Silver Legends receipt can only be exchanged for store credit or merchandise of equal value.

How do I ship my return/exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible.  You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.  Silver Legends will not guarantee reimbursement for shipments which are lost or damaged in transit back to us. You will have to contact the shipping carrier for compensation. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
